## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Play a leading role in the design and execution of GTM objectives & strategies, including capacity planning, international expansion, sales segmentation and post-sale frameworks
- Define and implement KPIs across business segments, delivering predictive insights and recommendations that move the needle
- Design & lead new revenue growth programs on topics such as pipeline generation, territory management, incentive & compensation structures and internal operational processes
- Deliver key business reporting for GTM leadership, executive management and Board of Directors
- Work cross-functionally across GTM to ensure alignment on top priorities and drive internal process transformations

## Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant experience in GTM/revenue operations and/or investment banking, management consulting or a related field. Experience in a high-growth SaaS company is highly desirable, but not required
- Advanced analytical capability: strong **Excel** & modeling proficiency is a must; experience with **Salesforce** or GTM/BI tools is desirable
- “Get it done” posture: desire to be in a fast-paced environment with constant change
- Ownership mindset: end-to-end ownership of deliverables & willing to get deep into the weeds
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills: comfortable with ambiguous topics without a defined process or “right” answer
- Communication & presentation skills: ability to distill complex data into a clear narrative for executive audiences
