## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Lead tailored product demonstrations and best-practice sessions for compliance, risk, and executive stakeholders.
- Own enterprise trials and proof-of-concept engagements, ensuring technical success, adoption, and measurable value.
- Support new-business and upsell opportunities throughout the enterprise customer journey.
- Map complex customer workflows and lead discovery conversations to uncover compliance, operational, and regulatory needs.
- Translate technical concepts into commercial benefits for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Create and maintain product-demo best practices, playbooks, and reusable content.
- Maintain knowledge of API documentation and capabilities to resolve customer questions.
- Design and execute enterprise implementation plans and solve integration challenges.
- Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and due-diligence requests.
- Serve as a technical contact for strategic partners, supporting integrations, joint solutions, and co-selling.
- Collaborate with Product, Intelligence, Research, and Policy teams to develop sales-friendly blockchain intelligence use cases and regulatory messaging.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS solution consulting, sales engineering, or pre-sales, preferably in crypto/blockchain, fintech, or regtech.
- Solid understanding of the crypto industry and compliance landscape, including AML, sanctions, VASPs, and MiCA.
- Experience leading product demos, proofs of concept, and trials in complex enterprise sales cycles.
- Fluency in French, Spanish, or Italian.
- Strong discovery, consultative-selling, relationship-building, and customer-needs analysis skills.
- Experience working with APIs, mapping integration workflows, and implementing complex technology products for enterprise customers.
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex information.
- Demonstrated focus on continuous improvement of demo environments, workflows, customer playbooks, and reusable content.

## Nice-to-haves
- Familiarity with blockchain analytics, crypto transaction tracing, or on-chain intelligence.
- Fluency in an additional language.
- Experience automating internal processes with AI, scripting, or innovative tools.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, AI-enhanced productivity applications, Zapier, Notion, and data visualization tools.
- Coding or scripting experience with Python, SQL, or JavaScript for data manipulation, API testing, or light prototyping.
