## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Source candidates and build pipelines through creative, efficient sourcing strategies.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies for each search.
- Calibrate candidates, provide process updates, and manage pre-close and compensation negotiations.
- Set expectations with hiring managers about the interview process and maintain alignment to improve conversion efficiency.
- Partner with engineering and recruiting leadership to remove closing barriers and understand obstacles to successful hiring.
- Analyze recruiting data, including conversion metrics, OAR, decline reasons, and scorecards.

## Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering hiring experience.
- 2+ years of hiring Staff+ and Director of Engineering candidates.
- 3+ years of experience with global candidate markets and stakeholders in global geographies.
- 5+ years of sourcing and building an independent candidate pipeline.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
