## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Run day-to-day revenue and sales operational activities and respond to questions from frontline sales and customer success teams.
- Advise Sales leadership on executing and improving go-to-market strategy.
- Own change-management projects and annual planning activities, ensuring measurable outcomes.
- Partner cross-functionally to streamline processes, remove friction, and support growth goals.

## Requirements
- Proactive approach with the ability to identify improvement opportunities and propose actionable solutions.
- Analytical ability to interpret data and insights for business decision-making.
- Strong communication skills with sales representatives, leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strategic perspective and ability to align daily work with organizational goals.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience supporting go-to-market teams or working with sales technology systems.
- Sales operations experience.

## Compensation
- Base salary: **$63,000–$106,000 USD**.
