## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Research accounts and contacts to develop thoughtful outreach strategies using Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Account Executives on prospecting campaigns.
- Engage inbound leads and conduct outbound outreach to generate qualified meetings and opportunities.
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand business needs and prepare Account Executives for success.
- Meet call, email, meeting, and pipeline goals.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date data in Salesforce.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve customer engagement.

## Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Fluent spoken and written English and Spanish.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, organized, adaptable, coachable, and curious.

## Nice to Have
- 6–12 months of prior business experience.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

## Compensation
- Annual on-target compensation of $82,008 USD for candidates in the stated eligible locations.
- Equity, health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, and paid leave may be provided in accordance with applicable plans and policies.
