## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Lead insight delivery end-to-end from scoping questions with stakeholders, structuring analysis, and presenting findings to drive action.
- Conduct impact and value analyses quantifying Viz.ai solutions in real-world clinical settings.
- Build client-ready deliverables including presentations, visual reports, and dashboards for executive and clinical audiences.
- Develop KPI frameworks and performance narratives for internal leadership and external clients.
- Partner with business, clinical, and product stakeholders to define data requirements and pressure-test assumptions.
- Support strategic initiatives with data-driven perspectives.

## Requirements
**Required:**
- Bachelor's degree from a top university in a quantitative, analytical, or business-adjacent field.
- 2–5 years of experience in structured analysis, clear communication, and delivering recommendations to senior stakeholders (e.g., management consulting, banking, strategy, or analytics).
- Track record translating complex data into executive-ready narratives.
- Experience working with healthcare or life sciences data.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

**Preferred:**
- Experience at or supporting life sciences clients.
- Familiarity with healthcare operations, clinical workflows, or commercial life sciences ecosystem.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) or visuals in PowerPoint/Google Slides.
- AI-native work habits using AI tools as accelerators.
