## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Immerse yourself in the client experience by working with banks and credit unions to understand workflows and needs, then synthesize insights into product direction.
- Translate client and market needs into clear requirements and partner with engineering to ship impactful products.
- Define and prioritize the roadmap with product leadership, balancing client needs, business goals, and engineering capacity.
- Contribute to product and market strategy, including competitive analysis and opportunity sizing.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering and business development teams across pre-sales and post-sales.
- Become a subject matter expert on the company's products, services, and operational capabilities for clients and colleagues.

## Requirements
- Strong analytical skills and comfort building analyses to answer complex questions.
- Ability and willingness to become technically conversant with APIs, integrations, and system design.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and structured thinking.
- Ability to explain complexity to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Deep curiosity about clients and their workflows.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- High empathy, integrity, and calmness under pressure.
- Interest in financial systems and meaningful real-world problems.
- Prior product experience is not required; judgment, drive, and learning ability are valued.
