## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Build and manage partner relationships within the assigned territory.
- Directly manage accounts to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.
- Analyze data and use data-driven recommendations to identify strategic opportunities and increase sales.
- Prospect and onboard high-quality supply in the assigned geography.
- Maintain a baseline understanding of technical integrations with software partners to provide appropriate client support.
- Represent Airbnb in external meetings with professional hosts and at industry conferences.
- Educate clients on significant product changes and relay product and policy feedback to internal stakeholders.
- Hold regular optimization calls and business reviews with partners.
- Develop strong, long-lasting partnerships.
- Build deep knowledge of assigned geographic markets and serve as the primary source of local trends and market dynamics.
- Provide timely, exceptional service to professional hosts, including occasional travel for in-person support and guidance.
- Work cross-functionally with product, communications, public policy, and customer support teams.

## Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in new sales, account management, and partner support.
- Fluency in English; Mandarin or Cantonese proficiency is a plus.
- Experience managing a leads pipeline and book of business.
- Strong quantitative and data interpretation skills.
- Ability to work strategically and tactically in ambiguous environments.
- Proven cross-functional collaboration experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills across phone, email, and in-person settings.
- Self-starter with strong resourcefulness, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software, including leads, opportunities, and other core objects; Salesforce experience is a plus.
- Must be based in Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, or Illinois and willing to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
- Passion for Airbnb, travel, and the sharing economy; Airbnb hosting experience is a plus.

## Nice-to-haves
- 2+ years of experience in the technology or travel industry.
- Bilingual Mandarin or Cantonese communication skills.
- Salesforce experience.
- Airbnb hosting experience.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Base pay range: **$111,000–$123,000 USD**.
- May be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
