## Job Description

## Responsibilities

### Creative & Growth Operations
- Use AI to create high-performance ads and landing pages.
- Manage campaign setups and optimize budgets based on performance.

### Strategy & Intelligence
- Conduct research to build data-driven strategies.
- Identify scaling opportunities.
- Provide daily reporting to support growth.

### Process & Product Loop
- Help build and optimize processes.
- Provide feedback to the Product Team to refine the AI software.

## Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree.
- Passion for marketing and creative work.
- Strong social skills and enjoyment of working with people.
- German-speaking.
- Fast learner who is hardworking and stress-resistant.
- Willingness to solve problems affecting the team or customers.

## Nice to Have
- Previous experience with marketing or AdTech.
- Prior experience in an early-stage startup or another fast-paced environment.
