## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own recovery tracking and outcomes across the deduction-to-recovery pipeline, monitoring recovery rate, dispute win rate, deductions as a percentage of revenue, time to resolution, and revenue at risk.
- Analyze recovery and deduction data to identify underperforming retailers, deduction reasons, claim types, missed dispute windows, and recovery opportunities.
- Build dashboards, reporting, and quantified narratives for customers and internal teams.
- Identify production gaps in deduction classification, backup-document matching, and dispute queuing; translate them into prioritized product requirements.
- Partner with product and engineering to implement improvements and validate their impact on recovery metrics.
- Standardize and document workflows, exception handling, and quality checks; identify manual steps for automation.
- Support enterprise customers and customer-facing teams by explaining recovery performance, investigating issues, and setting expectations with senior stakeholders.

## Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in product operations, revenue operations, strategy or consulting, analytics, program management, or a comparable data-heavy operational role.
- Strong data analysis skills, including SQL and/or advanced spreadsheets.
- Ability to identify the causes behind performance trends and turn analysis into recommendations and action.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable working in an early-stage, fast-moving environment.
- Ability to collaborate across customers, operations, product, and engineering.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience with CPG, retail, supply chain, deductions or chargebacks, accounts receivable, or fintech/revenue recovery.
- Familiarity with deduction and dispute workflows, backup documentation, dispute windows, and write-offs.
- Exposure to AI/ML products or human-in-the-loop operations.
- Experience as an early operational hire building a function from scratch.
- Familiarity with BI tools.
