## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own sales capacity modeling end-to-end, including headcount planning, ramp assumptions, quota-setting, and territory design.
- Drive quarterly and annual planning for the GTM organization.
- Design, own, and administer the GTM incentive and commission framework, including plan design, payout calculations, and governance.
- Serve as the embedded finance partner to the CRO and CCO, supporting deals and hiring decisions.
- Build and maintain the GTM financial model covering pipeline coverage, bookings, ARR, churn, and expansion.
- Define and track GTM KPIs, including CAC, payback period, sales efficiency, and quota attainment.
- Deliver reporting packages to leadership and the Board.
- Partner with RevOps to build dashboards and forecasting infrastructure that provide real-time visibility into sales performance.

## Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in Strategic Finance, Corporate Finance, GTM Finance, Revenue Operations, or a closely related role at a high-growth technology company.
- 2+ years of investment banking experience at a top-tier firm.
- Expert financial modeling skills, including building models from scratch, stress-testing assumptions, and translating outputs into business narratives.
- Deep familiarity with SaaS revenue metrics and GTM economics.
- Hands-on experience with sales capacity modeling, quota design, and GTM incentive plan design.
- Experience with variable pay structures, SPIFs, and commission mechanics.
- Comfort working directly with CRM and RevOps data to build bottoms-up forecasts and pipeline analytics.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to distill complexity into structured frameworks and actionable recommendations.
- Ability to influence without authority and align cross-functional teams.
- High ownership mentality and ability to drive projects to completion.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with Salesforce or Gong.
- Experience with SQL or business intelligence tools.
