## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, accurate, and efficient support via phone calls.
- Assist customers with complex options order execution.
- Analyze customer positions and explain advantages and disadvantages of various strategies.
- Identify self-directed investors’ needs and provide timely solutions.

## Requirements
- FINRA Series 3, 7, and 63 certifications.
- Familiarity with Regulation T and portfolio margin accounts.
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective customer interaction abilities.
- Ability to identify appropriate solutions.
- Extremely proficient with technology.
- Understanding of options execution mechanics and pricing.
- Knowledge of futures and options on futures.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-call-volume environment.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar role with high call volume.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: **$70,000–$90,000**.
