## Job Description

## Responsibilities

### GTM Data & Systems
- Design, build, and maintain data and automation infrastructure for marketing, sales, customer success, and operations.
- Build account and contact enrichment, outbound, and email tooling.
- Translate business requirements into scalable data models, workflows, and technical systems.
- Maintain integrations across Attio, Customer.io, and Clay.
- Develop dashboards, experimentation frameworks, and self-serve reporting for pipeline, conversion, attribution, and revenue performance.
- Own GTM data quality, documentation, and governance.

### AI & Automation
- Build AI agents for lead research, enrichment, routing, campaign execution, outbound personalization, and customer intelligence.
- Deploy production-grade automations using language models, APIs, workflow orchestration, and modern data infrastructure.
- Prototype AI-powered workflows, measure impact, and scale successful experiments.
- Introduce new AI capabilities that increase GTM team leverage.

### Scale & Operations
- Build reliable, observable data pipelines and workflows for customer-facing teams.
- Identify bottlenecks and automate repetitive processes across the customer lifecycle.
- Improve TAM mapping, enrichment, rules of engagement, attribution, and lead routing.
- Promote data quality, documentation, and rapid iteration across the GTM organization.

## Requirements
- 6+ years of experience spanning data engineering, analytics engineering, data science, growth engineering, revenue operations, or a similarly technical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Experience building data pipelines, integrating APIs, and designing reliable workflows across business systems.
- Strong understanding of go-to-market operations across marketing, sales, and customer success.
- Experience with modern data warehouses, orchestration tools, and BI platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, dbt, Airflow, Looker, or Hex.
- Ownership of ambiguous problems and ability to balance speed with long-term scalability.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience in fast-moving, high-growth environments.

## Compensation & Benefits
- Base cash compensation: **$175,000–$250,000**.
