## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Source qualified talent through sourcing, job postings, referrals, and agencies.
- Screen candidates against role requirements.
- Collaborate with leadership to design and streamline interview processes.
- Ensure follow-up and closure for all interviewed candidates.
- Negotiate compensation with qualified candidates.
- Train interview teams and improve recruiting processes.
- Use Greenhouse to track candidate progress, resurface existing talent, and maintain clean reporting data.
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience regardless of outcome.

## Requirements
- 2–5 years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in-house or at a staffing agency.
- Strong sourcing skills and the ability to identify top talent.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Strong value-proposition selling, negotiation, and candidate-closing skills.
- Ability to operate with urgency throughout the recruiting cycle.
- Adaptability in changing processes.
