## You’re Gonna Crush it If:

*   You have **5+ years of experience** in the legal or litigation support industry, with a focus on customer success, account management, or client services.
*   You have hands-on expertise with **court filing and service of process** - and can speak to attorneys about these services with authority.
*   You've effectively led **webinars and product demos** for legal professionals.
*   You have sold or supported the sale of **litigation support services** - you understand the full client lifecycle from prospect to ongoing transactions.
*   You're proficient with **Slack, Zendesk, and HubSpot** (or similar CRM/support tools).
*   You communicate exceptionally well - both written and verbal - and know how to adapt your tone and style to your audience.
*   You're a natural connector who builds trust quickly and sustains it over time.
