## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle sales opportunities for mid-market and enterprise prospective clients across North America and Portuguese-speaking markets.
- Build, qualify, and maintain a high-volume sales pipeline through strategic prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, and account mapping.
- Conduct consultative discovery calls and product presentations in Portuguese and English.
- Partner with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Product teams to address technical requirements, ensure smooth handoffs, and deliver tailored solutions.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual ARR quotas and sales KPIs.
- Lead multi-stakeholder contract negotiations, legal and security reviews, and pricing discussions with C-level decision-makers.
- Gather regional market feedback and customer insights for internal product teams.
- Mentor junior team members and share deal strategies.

## Requirements
- 4+ years of B2B SaaS full-cycle Account Executive experience, preferably closing mid-market or enterprise accounts.
- Native or professional fluency in Portuguese and English, spoken and written.
- Expertise in structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, SPIN Selling, or Challenger.
- Strong negotiation, contract management, and CRM hygiene skills.
