## Job Description

## Key Responsibilities

- **Own Revenue End-to-End**: Drive the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through close with accountability for new business growth.
- **Expand & Retain Accounts**: Lead post-sale rollouts to ensure successful deployment, exceptional customer experience, and ownership of expansion and renewal motions.
- **Commercial & Strategic Negotiation**: Represent Mosaic in high-stakes commercial and strategic conversations with C-Suite Executives, Partners, Managing Directors, and entire deal teams.
- **Serve as a Trusted Strategic Advisor**: Partner directly with senior deal professionals to diagnose workflow pain points and architect Mosaic solutions that materially improve decision-making leverage, execution speed and accuracy, and talent development and retention.
- **Manage a Strategic Portfolio**: Build and maintain deep relationships across a portfolio of leading private equity, private credit, and investment banking clients.
- **Influence the Product Roadmap**: Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering to translate customer feedback into clear, high-impact feature requirements.

## Who We’re Looking For

- **Relevant Finance Background**: 2–4+ years of experience in private equity, private credit, or investment banking.
- **Modeling & Valuation Fluency**: Strong command of financial modeling and valuation concepts, with the ability to speak credibly with deal professionals.
- **Executive-Level Communicator**: Exceptional communicator with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders across all seniority levels.
- **Builder Mentality**: Highly ambitious self-starter excited to be an early GTM hire at a fast-growing startup and thrive in unstructured environments.
- **Strategic & Analytical Thinker**: Able to synthesize customer feedback into actionable product and go-to-market insights.
- **Multi-Faceted Contributor**: Comfort operating at the intersection of revenue, product, and customer success.
- **Team-Oriented Operator**: Comfortable excelling as both an individual contributor and a collaborative team member.
