Principal Product Manager - Ecosystems & Connectors
Own the strategy and execution for ClickHouse connectors and ecosystem integrations, partnering with engineering, technology partners, and customers. The role requires deep data-integration expertise, technical fluency in APIs and connector architecture, and strong external communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for ClickHouse native connectors and partner ecosystem.
- Build feedback loops with technology partners, drive co-innovation, and expand integrations.
- Track the competitive landscape and identify ecosystem investments using data-backed analysis.
- Partner with engineering on connector stability, ClickHouse feature coverage, and developer experience.
- Measure and communicate portfolio business impact, ROI, and customer success.
- Represent the ecosystem through conference talks, blog posts, technical content, and community engagement.
- Build a design partner program for early customer feedback and co-developed solutions.
Requirements
- Hands-on expertise in modern data integration, including streaming, orchestration, ETL/ELT, ingestion, or developer-facing platforms.
- Technical depth in APIs, schema design, performance trade-offs, and connector architecture.
- Ability to set up integrations, read technical documentation, and debug connector behavior.
- Strong customer- and partner-facing communication skills, including public product representation.
- Ability to translate partner and customer signals into clear requirements and a prioritized roadmap.
- Comfort working with high ownership in fast-moving environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication, including presenting strategy and trade-offs to engineering leaders and executives.
- Background working with open-source software or developer-focused products.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience as an integration or ecosystem product manager, engineer, or solutions architect.
- Familiarity with ClickHouse, Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
- Experience working remotely across multiple time zones.
