## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own ClickUp’s organic acquisition strategy across Google Search, LLMs, communities, review platforms, and emerging discovery surfaces.
- Build AI-powered workflows and agents to automate content creation and complex analytical assessments.
- Build and manage strategic external partnerships with AI platforms, review ecosystems, and third-party publishers.
- Guide internal teams across Reddit, G2, YouTube, and other platforms to maximize ClickUp’s organic presence.
- Partner with Engineering, Performance Marketing, Content, Product Marketing, and Analytics as a cross-functional leader and hands-on operator.
- Lead technical SEO oversight, including site architecture, structured data, and international SEO.
- Develop measurement frameworks, use data to prioritize initiatives, identify growth opportunities, and communicate performance to executive leadership.
- Act as the organic growth product owner for web engineering priorities, including scoping technical projects, defining requirements, and owning the SEO roadmap with the web platform team.
- Oversee the content portfolio across editorial, programmatic, localization, and product-led experiences, including pruning, consolidation, and quality governance.
- Build and manage strategic teams and workflows that support organic growth.

## Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in SEO or organic growth at scale, including 3+ years in a leadership role; B2B SaaS experience is preferred.
- Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to connect findings to business impact and communicate recommendations clearly.
- Deep understanding of AI-powered search experiences and LLMs, including hands-on experience measuring AI visibility, citations, and LLM referral traffic with tools such as Peec, AirOps, Profound, or Scrunch.
- Experience building AI-powered workflows to automate processes, improve decision-making, and increase team leverage.
- Experience managing direct reports and building small, high-output teams.
- Track record of building custom measurement and attribution frameworks, dashboards, and reporting, including with Hex and Looker Studio.
- Deep expertise in technical SEO, information architecture, content strategy, and on-site optimization.
- Low ego, high candor, and a bias toward action.

## Nice-to-Haves
- CRO experience, particularly where organic acquisition and on-site conversion intersect.
- Experience leading international SEO and localization strategies.
- Technical understanding of LLMs from query interpretation through retrieval and output generation, and how this informs optimization strategy.
- Experience architecting multi-property domain strategies to expand organic reach beyond a core brand site.
- Experience building and deploying AI agents and working with MCPs.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary range: **$180,000–$243,000**.
