## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Keep our kitchen, coffee bar, and snack stations fully stocked
- Tend to plants and create weekly flower arrangements
- Order and manage office supplies to keep everything running smoothly
- Bring the office to life with seasonal decorations and holiday touches
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting workspace
- Support fun office initiatives, events, and special projects
- Find new ways to make the employee experience even better

**Schedule**
- Morning shift: 1-2 hours, set the office for the day
- Afternoon shift: 1-2 hours, reset the office after lunch
- As needed: Event & seasonal decorating, errands, tending to plants, creating floral arrangements

## Requirements
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Creative and enjoys making spaces feel welcoming
- Comfortable juggling a variety of tasks
- Positive, proactive, and always willing to jump in where needed
