## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day execution and optimization of paid campaigns across TikTok, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and Google (UAC, Search, PMax, YouTube).
- Manage budgets, targeting, and bidding strategies to drive efficient acquisition across CPA, ROAS, and conversion goals.
- Run high-volume creative testing with Social and Creative teams, rapidly iterating and scaling top-performing ads.
- Analyze campaign performance and scale winning campaigns while optimizing or pausing underperforming campaigns.
- Collaborate with Operations, Analytics, and Growth teams to improve tracking, attribution, and full-funnel performance.
- Build AI-native strategies for testing and execution.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid social, or growth marketing in a B2C or fintech environment.
- Hands-on experience managing and scaling campaigns across paid social and Google platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and experience optimizing toward CPA, ROAS, and conversion metrics.
- Proven ability to run structured creative testing and translate insights into scalable growth strategies.
- Experience working cross-functionally with analytics, product, and creative teams.
- AI fluency in daily workflows.
- Drive and proactivity.
